The Infrastructure

It has one spinning mill at Akbarpur near Delhi. Our sophisticated yarn machineries are sourced from Lakshmi Reiter (India), Savio (Italy) and Schlafhorst (Germany). We are committed to quality and as such continue to invest in our state-of-the-art infrastructure and also in maintenance and enhancement of the same.

We always aim at producing yarns of the highest international standards. To materialize our aim, we strike right from the root. We procure cotton from limited ginning units. We scrutinize our vendors continuously and this ensures a steady inflow of superior quality cotton as raw material. Our quality personnel check samples manually and ensure that only the finest cotton goes into the production cycle. Our Autoconers are equipped with “Uster” electronic yarn cleaners and with colour sensors to minimize contamination.

Over 85,000 spindles in our mills are dedicated in producing yarns that continues to enjoy global reputation.

Our craving for quality has started attracting globally acknowledged certifications. We have already got the prestigious ISO 9002 certificate for entire operations at our Akbarpur unit. Meanwhile, our Champdany unit is in the process of securing the same certification.
